LVP Flooring (2024)
My son and I updated our basement bedroom with LVP (Luxury Vinyl Plank) flooring.
Detached Garage (2023)
I designed and built this 24'x48' detached garage.
Bedroom Paint and Shelving (2019)
One of many of my painting jobs along with shelving assembly and installation.
Closet Makeover (2017)
I removed the insufficient wire-mesh clothes hanger/shelf and assembled and installed pre-made system to maximize space and functionality.
Mudroom Remodel (2015)
I transformed my mudroom from a cramped and unorganized space to a room with maximized storage keeping the entrance from the garage clean and organized for a young family of four. A small walk-in closet with wire-mess shelving was removed and I built new lockers and storage solutions tailored to fit my family's needs and our seasonal clothing and gear. I removed the vinyl flooring and replaced it with ceramic tile.
Basement Finish (2010)
As part of completing my unfinished basement, I designed and built a custom bar, bathroom vanity, tiled the bar and bathroom floors and shower surround. Framing, drywall installation and painting preceded.
Ceramic Tile Backsplash (2010)
I updated my kitchen's painted sheetrock walls with ceramic tiles.
Office Desk (2007)
I designed and built this multi-purpose desk for work and crafts with storage compartments specific to our needs, equipment, and supplies.
Screen Porch (2006)
I designed and built this screen porch for outdoor dining, relaxing, and entertaining... all without the mosquitos.
Paver Patio (2004)
I removed a small plain concrete-slab patio and replaced it with a large, more appealing and more functional paver patio.
